You can get familiar with the terms and conditions of using www.tabletka.am website (hereinafter referred to as Website) here.
The Website is free of charge service of “Civil Servicis” LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Company): the Company address is RA, Kotayk region, Nor Hachn, Charents str. 16/43/4. Using the Website should comply with the Terms and Conditions of the Website (hereinafter referred to as Terms).
You can use the Website to find information on the Products and make online orders. When you buy a Product (medicine, hygiene and medical products, baby food) you are in sales and purchase agreement with “Civil Servicis” LLC. That agreement is an integral part of these Terms.
The sales and purchase agreement is considered signed when you place an order on the Website.
The payments can be made in one of the following ways:
• Cash payments upon delivery
• Payment via bank terminals upon delivery
• Online payments through the Website.
When making an online payment by your bank card, please get familiar with ArCa’s Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and other legislative acts that regulate your payment. You are responsible for the payments through the Website.
The availability of the Products and the prices are subject to change any time before the purchase. Slight incompatibilities of prices and images of the Product are not excluded. In these cases, you can contact through the Company’s contact details or notify the Company in a written form.
All sales are final and are not subject to return or change except for the cases defined by the RA legislation.
The user of the Website has the right to:
• Use the Website free of charge
• Read and review the information on the Website
• Purchase the Products available on the Website
• Cancel the Purchase of the Product free of charge two hours before the delivery
The user of the Website is obliged to:
• Provide correct data when registering on the Website
• Provide correct details on the Product when making a purchase.
“Civil Servicis” LLC has the right to:
• Collect data on the users during their registration (name, surname, gender, age, email, delivery address)
• Provide the collected data to the shippers of the Company to arrange the delivery.
“Civil Servicis” LLC is obliged to:
• Provide correct information on the Website
• Deliver Products of relevant quality
• Cancel the order if in line with the set rules
• Protect the security of the users’ data and do not provide them to the third-parties.
The changes to the Terms can be done occasionally and you will be notified about it when entering the Website. From that point onward, the changed Terms will be in action. If you do not agree with the Terms or their changes you have the right not to use the Website.

TERMS OF DELIVERY
You can get familiar with the terms of delivery here.
Tabletka.am delivers the Products you have ordered only in Yerevan. The orders can be placed by calling 00374 95 444 999 or by visiting www.tabletka.am website. The delivery is a paid service and is done within a short time.
Payment for the Product and the delivery can be done in cash or through a bank terminal upon delivery or online when placing the order.
The minimum amount of the order is 3000 AMD. The price of delivery is 500 AMD. Orders are delivered every day during 17:00-19:00.
The appearance of the delivered Products can be different from the Products displayed on the Website. If we are delivering a Product for which the prescription is mandatory, you must present the prescription upon delivery, otherwise, we will not provide the Product and you will be obliged to pay for the delivery.
Before accepting the Product the customer is obliged to check the completeness of the Product and the fact that it is sealed. If these conditions are not met, the customer has the right to return the Product.
The Product can be returned at the time of delivery.
If the customer has purchased a Product that is not available in the store or has paid for such a Product online, and the delivery is impossible (in case of unavailability of the prescription or two hours before the delivery) the amount of the Product is returned within 3 (three) working day.
